The Elevato Program is a full transformation—mechanical, structural, and aesthetic—crafted by GlasWerks Special Operations. Each vehicle is disassembled, re-engineered, and reborn as a purpose-built grand touring machine, capable of crossing continents or carving rally stages with equal confidence.

The Donor Car: Ferrari GTC4Lusso

Every masterpiece begins with a worthy canvas.

Elevato begins its life as a Ferrari GTC4Lusso — a choice made with purpose, not convenience. The Lusso's soul-stirring naturally aspirated V12 and true 2+2 cabin, offer the power, balance, and packaging needed to create a grand-touring supercar capable of venturing far beyond pavement.

Clients may supply their own Lusso or commission Special Operations to source one through its trusted acquisition network. Once a donor car enters the program, it is completely disassembled, evaluated, and prepared for transformation. Every system — mechanical, structural, and aesthetic — is touched, strengthened, or reimagined.

What emerges is an Elevato: a purpose-built machine engineered for the wilds, designed for the journey, and crafted for those who believe in driving without boundaries.

The foundation of every Elevato build.

Each Elevato begins as a complete transformation—mechanical, structural, and aesthetic. The car is stripped down, re-engineered, and rebuilt to deliver strength, precision, and control across every system. From chassis reinforcements to billet-aluminum components and terrain-tuned suspension, this conversion forms the backbone of a grand-touring supercar capable of crossing continents or carving mountain passes with equal confidence.

The Elevato chassis is completely re-engineered for strength, precision, and control.

  • Welded-in reinforcement bracketry increases torsional rigidity throughout the substructure
  • CNC-machined billet T6061 aluminum control arms (front & rear, upper & lower) Type III hard-anodized in Ferric Grey
  • Billet aluminum adjustable sway-bar end links in matching finish
  • Recalibrated ride-height sensors and reinforced tie rods for increased range and geometry stability
  • Extended active toe system for alignment consistency under dynamic load
  • Custom-length half-shafts to preserve CV geometry through full travel
  • MCS 3WR triple-adjustable dampers with remote reservoirs and Eibach main + helper springs tuned for terrain: Road / Mixed / Rally

Stage Rally Package

For those who drive where the map fades out.

The Stage Rally Package takes Elevato’s all-terrain engineering and pushes it into true rally-spec territory. With extended mid-travel suspension, chassis-mounted bump stops, and a rally-derived crossover spring setup finished in Special Operations Orange, this package delivers far greater control, composure, and confidence at high speed over unpredictable terrain.

Suspension travel increases to 8.2 inches up front and 9.5 inches in the rear, paired with a raised 10.8-inch ground clearance that allows Elevato to float over ruts, whoops, and broken surfaces with ease. The upgraded braking system — iron rotors paired with Pagid street pads — is engineered for durability and heat resistance in demanding off-road environments, delivering consistent bite no matter how rough the stage gets.

For the terrain that fights back, the package adds RRBS brakes, full skid-plate protection, Rhino-liner cladding, and functional mudflaps, turning Elevato into a machine ready to devour gravel, dirt, sand, and everything in between. This is the configuration built for the drivers who see a closed course where others see a dead end — a supercar with rally instincts and the hardware to match.

Beyond the standard conversion, clients can commission bespoke finishes, materials, and interiors through the Elevato Configuration & Personalization Program. From one-off colors and handcrafted upholstery to custom trim and forged details, every element is built to reflect your vision and the philosophy of purposeful design that defines Special Operations.

COLOR FINISH
Choose any shade — heritage tones, Special Operations exclusive colors, or one-off custom formulations.
All finishes are machine-sanded, multi-stage polished, and protected with STEK film after curing.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Each cabin is built to client specification:

  • Material options include natural hides, Alcantara, ballistic nylon, forged carbon, billet aluminum, and bespoke composites
